KNIFE CARE & MAINTENANCE

Taking care of your knife is crucial for its longevity.

If your blade is made of carbon steel, make sure to wash and dry it immediately after use. Apply a light coating of oil, and if it's used for food preparation, use food-safe oil like mineral oil.

For stainless steel blades, handwash and dry them.

Remember, never put your knives in the dishwasher!
